The idea:

@LottoUp is a twitter service designed to help casual lottery players who are only looking to buy a lotto ticket when the jackpot is above a certain amount. In a nutshell, you tell @LottoUp which lotteries you're interested in potentially playing, and the lowest amount you'd like the jackpot to be for it to be worth your while to buy a ticket. When the lottery reaches that amount, @LottoUp will tweet you the details.

How it works:

It's simple. Follow @LottoUp and then tweet @LottoUp with the name of the lottery and an amount. @LottoUp will tweet you back whenever that lottery is above your preset amount.

example: '@LottoUp powerball 75' will tell @LottoUp to notify you whenever powerball is above or at 75 million.

If you want to change your amount, just send the same type of tweet but with a different amount. If you want to stop tracking a certain lottery, tweet '@LottoUp unsubscribe [lotto name]'.
